Those who disbelieve and obstruct others from the way of the Lord Allah, We will increase punishment over punishment because of their mischievous activities.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar does not utilize Adhikr which is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium and is not giving It to others. Thus they are destroying themselves and the universe, but they perceive it not as explained in verse 6: 26. It is told in verses 25: 33-34 that those who reject Adhikr will be dragged prone on their faces into Hell, they are in the worst place and they are the most strayed. All their deeds including prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, charity, etc. will not be accepted; instead, they will get Hell as a fine for leading an aimless and heedless life in this world as explained in verses 9: 67-68.
